Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kodo AI/ML Career Fast-Track Program, ensuring smooth execution of training and internship schedules.
  • Coordinate across trainers, interns, sales, marketing, and shared resources to align on program goals and timelines.
  • Manage scheduling for training sessions, workshops, assessments, and client projects.
  • Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and handle escalations.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including hiring and onboarding of new trainees and interns.
  • Liaise with HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams for reporting and program improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuously improve program delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or training coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and MS Office or Zoho Workplace software suites.
  • Prior experience working with educational or corporate training programs is preferred.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
