Sr. CAD Engineer / EDA Specialist

Location : Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Provide high-quality EDA support for Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) design and verification tools.
  • Install, validate, and maintain PDKs across multiple foundries and technology nodes.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to understand requirements and deliver effective CAD solutions.
  • Develop and enhance automated QA procedures to improve the efficiency and reliability of AMS CAD flows.
  • Manage Cadence and Synopsys licenses to ensure best utilization and overall productivity.

Experience / Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or a related technical discipline), with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in PDK setup and physical verification rule development.
  • Proficiency in Cadence SKILL, TCL, Python, Perl, and Shell scripting.
  • Proven experience in automating design flows using Cadence SKILL, and TCL.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams in India and worldwide.
  • Familiarity with the tape out process is a plus
