  • Data entry and record-keeping: Record daily financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle accounts receivable.
  • Financial reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Auditing: Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting principles like GAAP.
  • Payroll: Assist in processing payroll and submitting payroll taxes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and other team members to support various projects and financial operations.
  • Budget support: Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
