Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Functional resource experienced in demand planning and S&OP processes.

Experienced with oracle Cloud/Demantra implementations.

Will lead design and delivery of solutions(including conducting testing, training with users) for demand planning, IBP, and demand disaggregation (CTO) processes.

Experienced with business requirements analysis and elicitation.

Experienced with business process design transformation, process documentation, and change management.

Experienced with creating training content and delivering training to users.

Collaborates with cross functional teams to lead root cause analysis and problem-solving during design, development, and testing of solutions. Support deployments for multiple time zones (India, China, UK, NA)

Experience with project management methodologies (including experience with agile).

Understanding of Supply Chain planning processes such as Master Scheduling, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Supplier Scheduling, and Inventory management.
