The organization uses innovative technologies to offer specialized skilling through diploma and certificate courses at its centers in urban, peri-urban, and rural locations. Anudip has successfully trained over 100,000 students across more than 92 training centers in 20 major states of India by customizing its curriculum based on employers' needs from varied sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Placement Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Placement Manager will be responsible for supporting the placement process for Anudip's training program graduates. Daily tasks include coordinating with employers, arranging interviews, preparing students for job placements, maintaining placement records, and providing feedback to improve employability skills among students. The role also involves collaborating with training staff to update the curriculum based on industry requirements and employer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage relationships with employers and training staff
  • Experience in student counseling, job placement, or recruitment
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and database management tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and employer needs
  • Flexibility to travel to different training centers and employer locations as needed
  • Relevant experience in the skilling and education sector is a plus
