Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Curation & Management

  • Develop engaging content for internal newsletters and organizational updates.
  • Gather, curate, and edit relevant updates, announcements, and highlights from across the organization.
  • Design visually appealing layouts and templates for newsletters and internal presentations.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content quality and impact.
  • Regularly update organizational presentations and branding materials with new data and announcements.

Internal Branding & Communication

  • Share timely updates on organisation initiatives, progress, and achievements through internal channels.
  • Foster engagement through interactive and creative content on internal platforms (e.g., community channel, etc).
  • Manage end-to-end content projects for leadership communications (write-ups, audio, video scripts).
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal communications.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with business line (BL) points of contact, country lead, and content contributors to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality deliverables.
  • Support leadership with communication materials for townhalls and management updates

Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or any related field.

  • Candidates with a background in creative arts, literature, or design are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience:

  • Prior experience in content creation, internal communications, editorial roles, or similar functions is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.

  • Experience with newsletter writing, editing, or internal campaigns is a plus.

  • Creativity and design sense—skilled in developing visually appealing content and campaigns.

  • Project management—able to plan, schedule, and execute multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail—ensures high quality and consistency in all communications and branding materials.
