Job Description:
As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and scripts for influencer collaborations, videos, and campaigns across genres. You'll work closely with the marketing and influencer teams to ensure all content reflects NST's brand positioning, resonates with students and parents, and drives acquisition goals. You'll also analyze content performance, track trends, and strategize innovative storytelling approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Write scripts and storyboards for social channels and influencer collaboration across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, etc.) with a sharp understanding of Gen Z language and engagement patterns.
- conceptualize campaign ideas and align them with brand positioning.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations — from brief creation, communication, and execution to content approvals.
- Ensure all influencer-driven content maintains brand consistency and resonates with the target audience (students + parents).
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer content; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
- Research trending formats, memes, and storytelling styles to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, social media) to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Repurpose influencer-generated content into digital ads, social posts, and other brand assets.
- Stay updated on AI tools for content creation (copy, video, design) to speed up workflows.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer/Content Specialist/Scriptwriter in digital marketing, advertising, or influencer-led campaigns.
- Strong portfolio of short-form + long-form scripts/content (especially social/influencer).
- Good understanding of influencer marketing workflows (briefing, collaboration, approvals, reporting).
- Ability to translate brand positioning into entertaining, relatable content.
- Excellent command over English & Hindi copywriting (multilingual flair is a plus).
- Strong research skills to track pop culture, trends, and youth behavior.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or AI-writing/video tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data and improve storytelling.
- Bonus: Exposure to edtech/Gen-Z focused brands is a strong plus.
