We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting leadership in a Management Information Systems (MIS) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, supporting job description (JD) documentation, and serving as a liaison between MIS leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to MIS executives and leadership team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and maintaining up-to-date job descriptions (JDs) for MIS and IT staff.
  • Track departmental deliverables, timelines, and priorities using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheet.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and MIS records.
  • Facilitate communication between MIS leadership and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires in the MIS department.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the department's goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an MIS, IT, or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with MIS systems, technical teams, or enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹26,818.59 per month
