Experience Required: Minimum 4 years' experience. Job Location: IndiaJob Type: RemoteJob description:We're seeking a detail-oriented Tester/Systems Analyst to join our Global Clinical IT team. This role focuses on validating data and reporting workflows, ensuring accuracy and performance across systems that support clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Oracle databases, Tableau Reports, and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, monitoring and validation). Unlike a traditional Business Analyst, this role is primarily focused on testing and quality assurance, not requirements gathering. Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Product Owner to define features, acceptance criteria, and support iterative grooming of user stories.

Analyze current systems and data models, understand systems of record and systems of engagement. Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes. Validate data across Oracle databases, ETL pipelines, and Tableau reports.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing in Agile sprint cycles. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and data engineers to understand system workflows and data sources. Troubleshoot and track defects to resolution; perform root cause analysis.

Support test documentation for validation and compliance (especially in regulated environments). Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation opportunities.

What we're looking for:4+ years of experience in a QA/Tester or Data Analyst role with a strong testing focus. Hands-on experience validating data pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation logic. Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data, preferably in Oracle.

Experience testing Tableau dashboards for data accuracy and visual integrity. Understanding of ETL tools and cloud environments (e.g., AWS S3, Athena). Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills to interface both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred but not required qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with clinical trial data and workflows.
