End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to Service Now and other enterprise application Experience testing the data exchange between Service Now and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using Service Now's Integration Hub. Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in Service Now. Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations. Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every Service Now update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
