Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Air Ticketing Executive
to manage domestic and international flight bookings, liaise with airlines for competitive fares, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book domestic and international tickets using
    GDS software
    and other booking portals.
  • Liaise with airlines to negotiate the best fares for tours and corporate clients.
  • Handle booking issues, ticket cancellations, and issuance of additional tickets.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with airline representatives.
  • Analyze air tour budgets and secure fares lower than budget to maximize profitability.
  • Schedule flights based on customer preferences and available options.
  • Provide customers with accurate ticketing, pricing, and schedule information.
  • Process payments (cash, credit card, checks, money orders) and maintain accurate records.
  • Enter and update customer details in the booking system.
  • Explain applicable fees, taxes, and travel policies.
  • Assist clients with general travel-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    tours sales team
    to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1–2 years in domestic and international ticketing.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in GDS ticketing systems and
    Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication skills in
    written and spoken English

  • Ability to manage corporate client accounts.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
