Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Jewellery Consultant role located in Bandra. The Jewellery Consultant will assist customers by providing personalized recommendations, engaging consultations, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, presenting products, facilitating purchase processes, and maintaining product knowledge. Additionally, the consultant will support store operations and help achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of jewellery, including design, styles, and materials
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Sales acumen, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively with team members
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
  • Prior experience in retail, luxury, or jewellery sales is preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage
  • A passion for luxury goods and jewellery is ideal
