  •  Should be able to understand and check pump parts drawings, assembly control drawings and cross-sectional drawings in Auto-CAD 2021.
  •  Should have understanding of checking pump BOM in full detais. 
  • Should have knowledge of the pump functioning, main parts and hydraulic performance.
  • Should have understanding of mechanical seal, it's functioning & various flushing plans in use.
  • Should be able to support and track the development of new pump, hydrulics and other pump parts by co-ordinating with all other funcitons.
  • Should be conversant with SAP.
  • Knowledge of Unigraphics 3D modelling would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ansys software would be preferred.
  • Should be conversent with pump design calculaitons and relevent standards like AD2000, ASME etc.
  • Should support to sales department for techncial clarification in the offer stage like modificaiton in hydrulics, pump design etc.
  • Should be able to handle the new development projects of energy pumps at Shirwal plant
  • Will have to visit Shirwal plant EPD as and when required.
