Key responsibilities include advising internal teams and clients, staying updated on real estate law, and potentially managing litigation, all while maintaining accurate legal records.

  • System operation and monitoring: Operate and monitor computer systems, peripheral devices, and data centers to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance: Respond to error messages and malfunctions, perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software, and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
  • Data management: Enter, update, and manage data in databases with a high degree of accuracy. Ensure data integrity and perform regular data backups.
  • Security and compliance: Maintain the security and privacy of systems and data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports, maintain logs of activities, and review output for quality standards.
  • User support: Assist staff and users by resolving their queries and providing support for minor computer problems.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve complex issues and ensure production schedules are met.
