  • A Computer Operator & Back Office Executive job involves performing data entry, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks like report generation and data verification to support an organization's operations. Key duties include managing digital and physical files, processing documents (like invoices and forms), assisting with basic data analysis, and troubleshooting general computer and system issues. The role focuses on internal support rather than direct client interaction. 
     
    Core responsibilities
    • Data Management: Enter, update, verify, and manage data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Documentation: Process, organize, and maintain physical and digital records, including reports, invoices, and forms.
    • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and assisting other departments.
    • System and Data Support: Perform data backups, generate reports, and assist with basic data analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or system issues.
    • Office Operations: Operate office equipment, manage office supplies, and support overall office efficiency. 
     
    Key skills and qualifications
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
    • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and as part of a team.
    • A high school diploma is typically required, with additional computer training or certifications being a plus.
