Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Chirag Delhi, South Delhi

Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

BNC has been mandated to recruit a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive for a service industry based in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer care or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/other local language as required].
  • Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Only Female candidates are preferred.
