About Al Pomodoro

Al Pomodoro is a cozy Italian restaurant in Anjuna/Assagao known for warm hospitality, fresh ingredients, and a relaxed dining atmosphere. We are building a team that values respect, learning, and good energy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Taking and delivering food & beverage orders
  • Preparing and serving basic drinks/cocktails (training provided if needed)
  • Maintaining clean tables and service areas
  • Supporting restaurant setup and closing duties
  • Ensuring smooth service during busy hours

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality
  • Good communication (English)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and consistency
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Professional grooming and presentation

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary: ₹14,000/month (higher based on experience)

Work Timings

  • Dinner service: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (every day)
  • Lunch service (Fri, Sat, Sun): 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Weekly off: Monday
