Accountant

We are currently recruiting a new Accounting in Megrine, Tunisia.

Details

This position will be responsible for managing accounting functions in Tunisia. Main reponsabilities, among others, are:

  • Ensure the processing and accounting follow-up of financial operations in accordance with the rules of the General Management of the headquarters.
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of financial files (verification and recording of documents and checks, filing and digitization...).
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statements.
  • Regularly verify and analyze revenues, costs, and expenses within the budget and company funds to ensure normal and secure operations.
  • Prepare accounting reports by performing vertical and horizontal analysis of expenses and equity accounts related to the company's fixed assets.
  • External communication with banks.
  • Ensure that debts and any payment anomalies by clients are accurately monitored.
  • Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring the reliability of the presented figures.

Who are we looking for?

  • Studies in Business Adminisitration, Economy or similar.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of spoken and written English.
