Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including timely filing of returns.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and support records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
  • Support management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of proven accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
