workflows, and shared accounting capabilities
that help teams move faster with fewer manual steps and greater confidence in results.
You will own the strategic direction and execution of high-impact platform solutions end-to-end from roadmap definition to delivery and iteration. This work requires strong product thinking plus
fluency in event-driven systems, APIs, and data models
, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple, scalable solutions for internal teams and customers.

- Own the accounting platform roadmap and vision, aligning it with finance and accounting product needs.
- Design and scale core platform capabilities (events, APIs, data models, integrations) that power reconciliation, close, and related workflows.
- Drive adoption and outcomes by increasing use of shared platform capabilities and reducing time-to-integration for new use cases.
- Define and track key platform metrics (e.g., adoption, integration speed, reliability) and use them to guide prioritization and measure impact.
- Deliver platform enhancements and horizontal integrations predictably, in close partnership with engineering and other product teams.
- Standardize and document integration patterns and processes so internal teams and partners can integrate with minimal support.
- Run ongoing discovery and use operational data (usage, escalations, performance) to identify gaps, refine solutions, and iterate on existing capabilities.
- Contribute to and evangelize the long-term strategy, aligning stakeholders on direction and major bets.
Education And Experience
The experiences and skills below reflect what we believe is needed for success in this role.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years in platform or infrastructure product management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, and data integrations.
- Proven ability to define metrics, interpret them, and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience leading cross-functional, agile teams from discovery through delivery.
- Analytical thinking with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong asynchronous collaboration habits (you document decisions, share context, and unblock others in distributed teams).
- You are eager to learn, continuously improve, and drive consistency at scale.
Nice to have / Bonus points
- Knowledge of financial close automation, reconciliation workflows, or finance operations.
- Experience managing reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility for platform capabilities or APIs.
- Experience building or scaling developer tools or technology partnerships.

- Clear understanding of API architecture, security, and compliance governance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation, typically for most of the workday.
- Ability to operate a computer, participate in video calls, and use common productivity and communication tools.
