About the Role

Heartless Security is looking for a Cyber Investigation Assistant who will support the investigation team by collecting evidence, organizing data, and helping in OSINT/cyber-related tasks.

This is a supporting role for people who may not have deep technical knowledge but are smart, disciplined, and willing to learn.

The Assistant will work directly under the Manager / Investigator and follow instructions for each case.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize digital evidence (screenshots, chats, call logs, images, documents)
  • Assist in OSINT research (public information, profiles, links, online activity)
  • Maintain case files and update information correctly
  • Help in preparing reports, summaries, and timelines
  • Verify provided details from the client (names, dates, IDs, screenshots)
  • Communicate basic information to clients when authorized
  • Follow all instructions given by the Investigation Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Help with basic technical tasks such as:
  • arranging data
  • labeling evidence
  • file management
  • cloud storage updates
  • Provide coordination support during live investigations
  • Assist with follow-ups, case tracking, and status updates

Qualifications

Anyone with:

  • 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate
  • OR experience in office work / data entry / customer assistance
  • OR interest in cyber investigations and learning new skills

No degree or certification required — skill and honesty matters more.
