Relevant Experience: 2-3 years

• Oversee and manage the entire inventory life cycle including procurement, storage, and distribution of

material.


• Monitor stock level and track inventory movements to ensure optimal levels are maintained.


• Conduct regular stock audit to verify stock accuracy and integrity.


• Perform ad hoc analysis and support urgent requests including managing highly sensitive situations with respect

to process following the compliance map.


• Tracking off purchase orders and expediate request as per order requirement

Qualification
:


• Relevant Experience 2-3 years


• Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting/finance.

Competence:


• Ability to think outside the box and act operationally to resolve ambiguity in the transaction processing.


• Self-motivated and pro-active ability to manage multiple task and ad-hoc request.


• Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process task as per SOP.


• Understanding of purchase orders and sales order process in supply chain management.


• Well informed and proficient in the use of modern technology specially computers.


• Proficient in Ms-Office tools- Ms- Excel, Ms-word , etc.


• Should possess good problem-solving skills.


• Good English communications skills - written and verbal.


• Should be flexible to work month end schedules and early morning shifts.


• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
