Black Poison Tattoos is Ahmedabad's leading tattoo studio, known for its world-class artistry, hygiene standards, and creative tattoo designs. With 17 years of experience, we've built a strong reputation as the city's most trusted tattoo brand.
We're looking for a Studio Manager who can take charge of day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage appointments, and maintain a smooth, professional environment inside the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily studio operations - appointments, walk-ins, billing, and scheduling artists.
Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and ensure a great customer experience.
Coordinate between artists, clients, and management to maintain workflow.
Maintain studio hygiene standards and compliance with health & safety protocols.
Handle online and phone inquiries professionally.
Manage inventory of tattoo supplies, equipment, and studio merchandise.
Assist in promotional activities, events, and collaborations.
Maintain client records, payment tracking, and reports.
Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth teamwork.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in salon, tattoo, or creative studio management preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues calmly.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
