The brand currently retails through leading multi-designer stores such as Ensemble, Deval's (Ahmedabad), and Anantam (Delhi) and has recently launched its own e-commerce website.We are expanding both our manufacturing and retail footprint, and are looking for a smart, organised, and dependable Studio / Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the workshop.Role SummaryYou will be the central coordinator for the brand’s studio operations — ensuring orders (Retail & Stores) are produced, packed, and delivered on time, artisans are managed efficiently, and the designer’s creative time is protected from administrative overload.If you are someone who enjoys planning, organising, and keeping everything on track, this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Production ManagementMaintain and update production tracker for all orders (store, website, and exhibition)Coordinate with karigars, tailors, and fabric vendorsTrack raw material procurement, finishing, and delivery timelinesEnsure daily progress and troubleshoot production delaysAdmin & OperationsHandle courier dispatches and store logisticsMaintain purchase records, bills, vendor payments (in coordination with accountant)Manage inward/outward fabric stock and trimsKeep the studio organised and functioning smoothlyCoordination & CommunicationLiaise with multi-designer stores for order status, dispatch, and paymentsFollow up with vendors and artisans on deadlinesAssist the designer in preparing collections, shoots, and exhibitionsRequirements2–5 years of experience in fashion production / export house / design studio operationsExcellent organisational and follow-up skillsWorking knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based coordinationStrong attention to detail and sense of accountabilityFluency in Hindi & English (and Gujarati if relevant)What We OfferExposure to the entire ecosystem of a growing Indian designer brandA close-knit creative work environmentOpportunity to grow into an Operations / Studio Head role as the brand scalesSalary range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (depending on experience)
