We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Trainer to train students/trainees in modern industrial technologies and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Embedded Systems, Robotics, MATLAB, and other relevant software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Conduct training sessions on Embedded Systems & Microcontroller Programming (Arduino, PIC, ARM, etc.)
- Prepare and teach modules on Robotics & Industrial Automation
- Provide training on MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and modeling
- Demonstrate various Electrical & Electronics experiments with hands-on practice
- Prepare training materials, notes, presentations, and assessments
- Monitor trainee performance and maintain progress reports , Projects
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta, etc.)
- Experience in SCADA Development (WINCC, Wonderware, iFix, etc.)
- Proficiency in Embedded Systems (C/C++, Arduino, ESP32, ARM, AVR)
- Understanding of Robotics (basic to advanced level)
- Proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, power electronics, and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Training/teaching experience preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- 1–3 years of training or industrial experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
