About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Trainer with 2–3 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android technologies, software development, and a passion for helping others learn and grow in their technical careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training sessions (classroom, virtual, or blended).
  • Create learning materials such as manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
  • Assess learners' performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to update training content as per the latest technology trends.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling programs for employees or clients.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in training methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar instructional role.
  • Proficiency in [mention relevant technologies e.g., Python, Java, AWS, Networking, Data Science, etc.].
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in instructional design, training, or relevant technologies.
  • Experience in developing online courses or video-based learning content.
