Responsibilities

The Product Manager – Customer Engagement Channel (HNI/UHNI) will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing customer engagement platforms, tools, and programs targeted at High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). The role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing digital engagement, and driving product adoption across the HNI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement Strategy

Design and execute customer engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with HNI/UHNI investors.

Develop personalized communication journeys and engagement models across digital and relationship management channels.

Work with the digital, analytics, and sales teams to enhance customer experience and retention.

2. Product & Platform Management

Develop and manage digital platforms, apps, and tools that enhance HNI investor experience (e.g., portfolio dashboards, advisory tools, digital onboarding).

Identify gaps and improvement areas in the current customer engagement ecosystem.

Collaborate with technology and product design teams to implement new features and improvements.

3. Sales & Distribution Enablement

Partner with HNI sales and relationship management teams to provide product insights, tools, and engagement content.

Design initiatives to increase product penetration and AUM within the HNI/UHNI segment.

Support the distribution network (banks, wealth partners, private bankers) with customized engagement materials.

4. Insights & Analytics

Use data analytics and customer insights to identify behavioral patterns and design targeted engagement campaigns.

Track and analyze engagement KPIs – customer activation, retention, cross-sell, and satisfaction levels.

Build dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews.

5. Marketing & Communication

Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, digital content, and exclusive engagement programs for premium investors.

Conceptualize investor education series, webinars, and brand experiences tailored for HNI/UHNI clientele.

6. Compliance & Governance

Ensure all communication and product engagement initiatives adhere to SEBI and AMFI regulations.

Maintain documentation and approvals for all engagement programs.
