Role Description

This is a full-time, equity-based Co-Founder role at a social tech startup focused on building innovative solutions in elderly and maternal care tech. Based on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, the Co-Founder will collaborate on shaping the company's vision and drive impactful initiatives. Responsibilities include leading research efforts, developing business strategies, driving sales and marketing efforts, building partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities in the healthcare tech landscape. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to develop and scale the startup effectively.

This is an equity based role. There is no salary till fund is raised and co-founder will own stake in the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear articulation of ideas and relationship building
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including branding and campaign execution
  • Strong research skills to identify emerging trends and market needs within elderly and maternal care tech
  • Leadership capabilities and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in startups, healthcare, or technology-focused industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI and IoT technology solutions is highly desirable
