Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting the business through effective HR partnering. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies).
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures across functions.
Drive a positive candidate experience and ensure adherence to TAT.
Act as the HR point of contact for designated business units.
Partner with business leaders to identify peoples priorities and implement HR solutions.
Support employee engagement initiatives and drive a positive work culture.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Candidate Details
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving approach.
Well-versed with HR systems and MS Excel/HRMS tools.
Qualifications:
MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Fresher-1 year of experience with a strong focus on recruitment and HRBP responsibilities.
