Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources Company : The QuorumLocation : Mumbai, Maharashtra The Assistant Manager - Human Resources supports the Manager - Human Resources in managing the HR functions of The Quorum Club, Mumbai. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Job Responsibilities and Key Result Areas: People: Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring adherence to company values. Provide training and support to staff on HR policies and procedures. Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Process: Handling recruitment and coordinating with potential job candidates. Contacting candidate references and conducting background verifications. Issuing offer letters, appointment letters to new employees. Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant documents, and employee forms. Conducting employee orientations. Coordinating attendance & leave management with HOD's. Assisting with employee life cycle management. Assisting with performance management initiatives. Executing employee engagement initiatives. Pre-requisites and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5 years' experience in Human Resources. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Us?
