Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BTP and SCT with a preference for experience in the Medical Devices domain and iRCAS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust SAP BTP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation to support system enhancements and integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on SCT processes ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Oversee the deployment of solutions ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues or enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SAP BTP and SCT demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities.
• Have a strong background in the Medical Devices domain with knowledge of iRCAS being a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Exhibit strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• Display a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
