Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BTP and SCT with a preference for experience in the Medical Devices domain and iRCAS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements. Responsibilities - Design and implement robust SAP BTP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation to support system enhancements and integrations. - Provide expert guidance on SCT processes ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance standards are met. - Oversee the deployment of solutions ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to address any issues or enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and user experience. - Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for technology initiatives. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in SAP BTP and SCT demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities. - Have a strong background in the Medical Devices domain with knowledge of iRCAS being a plus. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. - Exhibit strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. - Display a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. - Have a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects within specified timelines.
