Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven
US IT Recruiter
to join our team in
Indore (Onsite)
. The ideal candidate should have experience working with
US clients
, sourcing candidates for
IT positions
, and working on
W2, C2C, and 1099
hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and communication.
  • Work on
    W2, C2C, and 1099
    hiring models and understand
    US tax terms
    .
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment workflow using ATS.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and consultants.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in
    US IT Recruitment
    (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of
    US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
    .
  • Experience sourcing candidates on major job boards.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, target-driven
    environment.
  • Should be comfortable working
    night shift (US hours)
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with
    Direct Clients / Tier 1 Vendors
    .
  • Knowledge of
    IT technologies
    and job roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
