Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Wood Adhesives

Work Location: Malappuram, Palakkad, Kozhikode

About the Role

Enlace Polymers is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive growth of our Wood Adhesives product line across Malappuram, Palakkad, and Kozhikode. The TSM will lead Sales Officers in each area, be responsible for their achievements, and handle direct sales to OEMs, distributors, and key customers. This role demands strong planning, execution, and leadership skills to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Officers in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales to OEMs, distributors, and retailers by building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Appoint and manage distributors in alignment with company's expansion strategy.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans and forecasts and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track performance, identify opportunities, and support field sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company's policies, pricing, and reporting structures.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and corrective action plans.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in wood adhesives, building materials, or related industry.
  • Proven experience in OEM sales and distributor network management.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team of Sales Officers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Malappuram, Palakkad, and Kozhikode.
