We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer - Civil to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the planning, scheduling, and management of large-scale civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for developing project plans, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the overall project objectives, and coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee the successful execution of the projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. You will also be instrumental in the preparation of reports, analysis of project performance metrics, and the communication of project status to management and clients. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to lead a team, will be critical in driving project success. We are looking for a professional who is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude to enhance our team's performance and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain regular progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct resource allocation and workforce planning to optimize project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
