Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer located in Jaipur. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality control, and manage the production team. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, evaluating project and resource requirements, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to optimize production efficiency and addressing any production-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and material requirements planning (MRP)
  • Knowledge in quality control, process improvement, and project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant engineering software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
