About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Market Research Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end research projects, analysing complex data, providing actionable insights, and guiding strategic decision-making for our clients across industries. This role requires expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage primary and secondary research projects from design to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Research Design: Develop research frameworks, discussion guides, and survey instruments tailored to client objectives.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, and desk research. Analyse large datasets using statistical tools to uncover market trends and customer insights.
  • Reporting & Insights: Translate research findings into compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards with clear recommendations.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, present findings, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts in research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to GDPR/HIPAA (or client-specific) standards in research processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, consulting, or insights roles.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and consulting environments is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
