  • Assisting HR Head in department wise manpower planning

  • Overseeing the recruitment & selection of Clinician, Nursing, Paramedical & Non-Medical staff

  • Conducting Campus and mass Interviews

  • Handling all higher-level recruitments including medical consultants

  • Maintaining recruitment tracker (replacement/ New Hiring)

  • Verification of Credentialing / registration at the time of Hiring

  • Hiring candidate as per budget, for any unbudgeted candidate ensure prior approval as per SVKM policy

  • Ensure Pre-Medical Health, Background Verification, check and vaccination at the time of joining.

  • Handling salary negotiation, preparing salary structure as per guideline provided by SVKM

Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Society's Registration Act and Bombay Public Trust Act.
