Job Responsibilities

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA,UG NX).

Strong understanding of stamping die design principles and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of material properties and their impact on die design.

Ability to analyze complex designs and identify potential issues especially Standard and Non std Cam Die designs(All OP)

Strong Knowledge of Strip Layout of Different Panles and Optimizing for best results in design.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Die Face Development using CAD/AUTOFORM softwares

Good knowledge about G1 Panel Dies and Trouble shooting.

Required to decide the process requirements based on the product.

Required to propose the product changes based on the analysis

Cam Diagram and Various Force calculations associated with Designs.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work well in a team environment and Shifts to meet Global expectations.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production staff, and quality assurance.

Requirements

Qualification B-Tech/B.E./ Diploma - Mechanical engg/Tool & Die making NTTF

Experience 6 ~ 8 Yrs. max
