Matter Entertainment is an entertainment and content production company based in Mumbai. We collaborate with leading creative talent in direction, screenwriting, and publishing to produce entertainment for the global Indian audience. In addition to talent management, we provide content curation, development, and full-scale production services.

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Content Agent at Matter Entertainment. The Content Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to content curation, development, and production. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

  • Reading through our extensive content bank.
  • Creating integral documents for our clients to circulate with production houses, studios, and OTT platforms.
  • Providing valid analysis and comments on the materials shared (books or concepts) to decide whether they will lend itself to screen adaptations.
  • Integrating oneself with the day-to-day work requirements of the division.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree candidate who is passionate about media and entertainment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • A strong streak, with an ability to take on responsibility and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A strong entrepreneurial streak, with an ability to take on responsibility and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must fit the collaborative, team-driven ethos of the organization.

Duration:

Minimum 3 months paid internship (extensions subject to performance)
