We are looking for a Front of House lead to join our team to manage guest relations and reservations. The person will be responsible for reservations, guest relations, service standards and presentation of the cuisine and menu to the guests.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Take reservation enquiries and process bookings
  2. Ensure smooth service
  3. Establish guest relations
  4. Manage bookings and reservations for the restaurant
  5. Ensuring a pleasant restaurant experience for the guests
  6. Assist with all restaurant related enquiries
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Manage the database for all customers and preferences
  9. Assist with operational work

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of three years of experience in a direct or associated role.
  2. Fluency in English, Bengali & Hindi
  3. Strong Communication Skills
  4. Knowledge in MS word
  5. Understanding of Food and Beverage
  6. Ability to drive sales
  7. Problem solving
  8. Ability to train and manage a team
  9. Basic cashiering abilities.
  10. Interest in agriculture and agricultural products is desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
