Product Quality Assurance: This KRA focuses on the overall quality of the products, ensuring that the defect rates are minimized, and that all quality protocols during the final inspection stage are adhered to before shipment.

  • Process Control and Monitoring: This involves monitoring the manufacturing processes to detect and correct defects at early stages and maintaining process capability at an acceptable level to ensure product consistency.
  • Testing and Validation: Ensuring raw materials and components are tested according to established protocols, as well as keeping all testing and calibration equipment within compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: The QC Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and Six Sigma, aimed at reducing waste, rework, and improving overall product quality.

Key Responsibility Areas1. Control the In-process and Final Inspection for entire range of OES & RDE with documentation & records of in-process and Final inspection.

, ensuring optimum utilization of resources with quality output. Escalate to the HOD if abnormality cannot be recovered.2. Monitor and maintain Inward, in-process and ICT failure rejection data.3.

Analysis of in-process and ICT failure & coordinate with concern dept. (Service, Production & R&D) for root cause & corrective action. 4. Ensure the zero-defect product is delivered to the customer.5.

Support to sales team for demo & Quality inspection by customer or third-party inspection for tender and Export orders.6. Maintenance of QMS ISO 9001:2015 like Internal and external Audit plan vs actual, ISO documentation & records, Calibrations of measuring & monitoring equipment. 7. Work closely with warehouse team, production team, calibration team, R&D team, Sales team and packing team to compliance the customer requirement.

8. Actively participate in the ramp-up journey of MPA to enhance the Quality as per company's objective. 9. Active participation in design team / product reviews & SAP reviews for OES. Support R&D team in resolving product related issues to have smooth & trouble-free operation.10.

Take responsibility for people management related actions including employee communication, training & discipline for your team.11. HEALTH, SAFETY, & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure proper compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, Regulatory and ISO requirements.12.
