Educational Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Complaint Analysis:

  • Analyze and identify factory-actionable insights from customer complaints

  • Prioritize product/defect resolutions and lead CFT reviews

  • Initiate and monitor corrective action (CA) implementations using 8D methodology

  • Product & System Improvements:

  • Suggest and implement enhancements in quality systems and product design

  • Drive TPM / TQM initiatives within the Quality function

  • Process Quality & Audits:

  • Analyze defects from the manufacturing line

  • Conduct process and product audits

  • Develop and update product inspection checklists

  • Field Issue Resolution:

  • Collaborate with the service team for site issue resolution and defect analysis

  • Conduct PAN India site visits, if required

  • Quality Testing & Calibration:

  • Conduct APQP for LV switchgear products and sub-assemblies per IEC

  • Analyze MCCB/ACB product thermal and instantaneous trip characteristics
  • Approve new test benches and setups, including at vendor facilities
  • Oversee calibration of test equipment and electrical verification setups
  • Work with CFT on test development and MFMEA-based final approvals

Functional Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Molded Circuit Breakers (MCCB), IEC /2
  • Proficiency in 7 QC tools, 8D, PFMEA, Kaizen
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
