Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) with a strong sense of design concepts, attention to aesthetics, and hands-on expertise in delivering user-centered digital experiences.You will take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping a design-first culture within our fast-growing startup based in Erode, India.

Knowledge of
AI-driven design tools
to accelerate workflows and reduce design time will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire design process from concept to final delivery.
  • Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Develop
    wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
    to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams.
  • Maintain consistency across design systems, brand guidelines, and visual identity.
  • Leverage
    AI-based design tools
    (MidJourney, Figma AI plugins, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers as the team grows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in
    UI/UX, Product Design
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
    (AI tools experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of
    responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    startup environment with ownership and accountability
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation
    .
  • Exposure to
    front-end technologies
    (HTML, CSS, React).
  • Prior experience
    mentoring or leading
    a small team.
