About the role:

We are seeking a talented Video Editor / Motion designer to craft engaging, polished videos that tell our brand's story. From social media reels to product features and brand campaigns, you will shape raw footage into visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into engaging final outputs for digital, social media, and campaign use.
  • Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, product videos, social media, and presentations.
  • Develop animations for typography, logos, product highlights, and brand storytelling.
  • Clean and process dialogue/voiceover for clarity and consistency.
  • Edit, and manipulate sound effects, ambient tracks, and Foley for crafting Immersive audio experience, ensuring every project sounds as good compelling as it looks.
  • Edit and enhance video content with dynamic motion graphics overlays.
  • Perform color correction, grading, and sound balancing to ensure professional quality.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful edits.
  • Ensure consistency across deliverables, every animation feels part of the same visual voice.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and marketers to ensure motion feels like an extension of the brand system

What we are looking for:

  • Translate abstract concepts into dynamic visuals that communicate emotion and meaning, not just movement.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals, timing, and animation principles.
  • Good understanding of storytelling, visual flow, and editing rhythm.
  • Design and curate soundscapes that enhance mood, emotion, and narrative flow.
  • Maintain consistency with brand tone and identity across all video outputs.
  • Adapt trends tastefully so they fit within the brand tone rather than feeling copied.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are important.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven design experience
  • Mastery in Adobe premiere pro and After effects
  • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency across social media design, brand identity, video editing, and motion graphics.

Nice to have:

  • Photography and Videography skills like knowledge of camera gear, lenses, and lighting setups.
  • Cinema 4D / Blender (for 3D motion design)
  • UI/UX Motion, Micro-interactions, app flows, and prototype animations (Figma/Adobe XD integration)
