THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) Core Banking system. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test strategies for T24 modules, ensuring high-quality delivery of core banking solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and automation testing in a T24 environment.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will lead and execute end-to-end testing of Temenos T24 core banking modules (such as AA, Payments, FT, MM, LD, CASA, Trade Finance, Treasury, etc.).
• You will prepare test strategies, test plans, and test cases in line with business requirements.
• You will perform functional, regression, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT support.
• You will manage test environments, test data preparation, and defect management.
• You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to validate requirements.
• You will contribute to automation frameworks and execute automated test scripts for T24.
• You will ensure compliance with QA best practices, standards, and processes.
• You will provide mentorship to junior testers and participate in knowledge sharing.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders and clients for test status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation.

SKILLS

• You should have bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• You should have 8–14 years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years in Temenos T24 testing.
• You should have strong understanding of T24 modules and AA (Arrangement Architecture).
• You should have hands-on experience in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
• You should have knowledge of T24 technical architecture, OFS, COB (Close of Business), Interfaces & Integration testing.
• You should have experience in SQL/Oracle database queries for test validation.
• You should have familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, or TAFJ/TCIB automation).
• You should have strong analytical and defect management skills.
• You should have excellent communication and client interaction skills.
