Requirement : QA -Automation Test Engineering

Years of experience : 6-12 Years

Mode of work : Hybrid

Location : Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore and Chennai

What Were Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands on experience in Automation Testing
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation with Java.

  • Strong understanding and practical experience in:

  • Designing and building automation frameworks.

  • Automation test scripting using Selenium & TestNG.
  • Web services automation using SOAP UI.

  • Debugging and maintaining Selenium scripts.

  • Ability to:

  • Identify and define test cases suitable for automation.

  • Execute tests and analyze results efficiently.
  • Prepare automation execution reports and recommendations.

  • Estimate effort and contribute to project planning.

  • Exposure to:

  • CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, ANT.

  • API automation techniques.
  • DevOps practices (added advantage).
  • Working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to define automation strategies and scope.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts.
  • Perform feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (POC) for automation.
  • Analyze defects, ensure thorough documentation, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure high-quality test execution and result analysis.
  • Regularly update and maintain automation assets.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior onshore experience and direct client interaction.
  • Experience working in fast-paced Agile/DevOps teams.
