Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management

  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reports.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

3. Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

4. Process Improvement

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
  • Recommend process enhancements based on analytical results.

5. Compliance & Security

  • Ensure data handling complies with company policies and relevant data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
