About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist cum Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

· Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.

· Develop engaging content for digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

· Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead generation, and audience growth.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Graphic Design:

· Create visually compelling graphics, creatives, and layouts for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and advertisements.

· Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, and digital ads.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and design outputs.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into impactful visual content.

· Edit videos, reels, and motion graphics (basic knowledge preferred).

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist and/or Graphic Designer.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or similar tools.

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing tools.

· Excellent understanding of branding, visual communication, and marketing strategies.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with WordPress/Shopify/other CMS platforms.

· Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.

· Basic video editing and motion graphics.

· Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritizes tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A creative mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.

Salary: up to 30,000/- *
