Job Title: SAP Ariba Procurement

Location: Chennai/UAE

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis and Ariba Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba and will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and maintaining SAP Ariba solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the smooth operation of Ariba applications.

Key Responsibilities:

User Management:

Ø Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Ø Provide training and support to end-users and create user documentation as needed.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Ø Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba applications.

Ø Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply solutions or workarounds.

Ø Monitor system performance and availability and address any performance-related issues.

Ø Job Monitoring and Monitoring of Integration Services.

Collaboration:

Ø Work closely with internal teams, including IT, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless operation and integration of Ariba solutions.

Ø Liaise with SAP Ariba/Basis support and other external vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

Ø 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba and Basis support or a similar role.

Ø Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts).

Ø Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Basis integrations, configuration, and customization.

Ø Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes also retail domain experience.

Ø Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and their integration with Ariba solutions.

Ø Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.

Ø Knowledge on SAP Basis Admin, HANA.

Technical Skills:

Ø In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and functionalities.

Ø Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methods (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI).

Ø Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.

Ø Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for incident and problem management.

Ø Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): SAP Ariba certification or relevant SAP certifications.
